This policy describes the data practices of Dog Supplement Facts.
Information you submit
The contact form asks for your inquiry type, name, email address, phone number, and message. Submissions are processed through Google Apps Script and stored in a Google Sheet belonging to the site operator. We use this information to receive, review, and respond to your inquiry. Please do not submit sensitive medical, veterinary, financial, or other confidential information through the form.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and events such as an outbound click to Amazon, a dose-calculator comparison, or a contact-form submission. IP addresses are anonymized before storage.
Analytics only runs with your consent. Visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK, and Switzerland see analytics cookies off by default and must actively accept them in the cookie banner; visitors elsewhere see analytics on by default and can decline it the same way. You can change your choice anytime using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We do not use advertising or personalization cookies — those categories are always off, regardless of your analytics choice.
Hosting and audience measurement
The website is hosted using Vercel. Server and network systems may process technical information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and security or diagnostic data to deliver and protect the site.
How information is used and shared
We use contact information to respond to inquiries and technical data to operate, secure, diagnose, and understand use of the site. Information may be processed by service providers — including Google (Apps Script, Sheets, Analytics) and Vercel — for those purposes, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and site integrity. Dog Supplement Facts does not sell contact-form or analytics data.
Security and retention
We take reasonable care when handling inquiries, but internet transmission and third-party services cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure or confidential. Contact information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, maintain related records, resolve issues, or meet legal obligations.
Your choices and questions
You may contact us to ask a privacy question, change your analytics cookie choice, or request that we review or delete contact information or analytics data associated with you, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
